Quick Tips:

Kickoff Videos – When you start your Challenge, be sure to take a “Day 1” video to show the start of your journey. Update at least once a month and celebrate (and share) your success with others!

Post Progress Pictures – Once you have started your Challenge, you will notice a simple prompt on your Vi-Net dashboard that allows you to upload photos of your progress. Pictures will go to your “My Body by Vi Challenge” Photo Album instantly so that anybody who visits your page can see your progress and cheer you on. This Album will become your best marketing tool, so be sure to post progress pictures frequently over your 90 days!
